Storage & serving
Served fresh from our counter. For delivery, hot drinks travel in sealed cups; iced drinks come with ice on the side so they never dilute.
Freshness, allergens & delivery
Freshness: best enjoyed on the day of delivery. Keep cakes, cheesecakes and cream items in the fridge (2-6 °C) and take them out 20 minutes before serving. Cookies and biscuits stay fresh for 5 to 7 days in an airtight box.
Allergens: our kitchen handles wheat, milk, eggs, nuts, soy and sesame. Please tell us about any allergy before ordering.
Delivery: Dhaka same day or next day in your chosen time slot. Cakes are delivered in a sealed box on a cake board; please carry the box flat.
Returns: if anything arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo within 2 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Fresh food cannot be returned for change of mind.
