How we confirm orders

Cash on Delivery (home delivery only): your order is confirmed after you pay the minimum delivery charge (৳80) in advance. You pay the rest in cash when it arrives.

bKash, pick-up orders and academy courses: confirmed after full payment.

After confirmation you receive your invoice by email and SMS. The invoice, delivery receipt and parcel label carry a 9-digit barcode (the last 4 digits of your phone + the last 5 digits of the item serial). After signing in you can track with that barcode on the Track page.

Delivery and time slots

We deliver across Dhaka every day in three slots: 10 am - 1 pm, 1 pm - 5 pm and 5 pm - 9 pm. Choose the date and slot at checkout. Delivery fee: ৳80. Pick-up from the shop is free.

Regular cakes need to be ordered by the day before; custom and wedding cakes 3 days ahead. Crockery, ingredients and tools ship nationwide in 3 to 5 days.

Payment options

Online: Cash on Delivery and bKash. At the shop counter: cash, cards and mobile pay. Nagad, Visa and Mastercard online are coming soon.

Our freshness promise

If anything arrives damaged, melted or wrong, send us a photo within 2 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Fresh food cannot be returned for a change of mind. Crockery and tools can be returned unused within 7 days.

Academy courses

Seats are confirmed after full payment. You can move to another batch up to 3 days before your first class. If we cancel a class you get a full refund or a new date.

Loyalty points

Give your mobile number at the shop counter to earn 1 point for every ৳100 you spend. Each point is worth ৳1 off at the counter. Your balance is shown in your account.

Cancelling an order

Message us before we start baking and you get a full refund. Custom cakes can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the delivery date.
